Reporting Rules

The ECSRC has made Securities (Accounting & Financial Reports) Rules to govern reporting issuers. These rules provide information regarding the type of report, due date, the form the report should take, how certain information should be presented, and who the report should be submitted to. 

Companies in the ECCU territories should use the form within the Securities (Accounting and Financial Reports) Rule No. 1 of 2015 below for the respective territory.
