A company that wishes to issue securities to the public, must first be registered with the Eastern Caribbean Securities Regulatory Commission ¨the ECSRC¨.
Registration with the ECSRC is achieved by completing and submitting a Registration Form, Registration Statement RS-1, along with any required documents and fees. The requisite forms are contained within the Securities (Registration Statement) Rules. Please read the Rules which outline the required documents and the corresponding fees, which must be submitted along with the Registration Form.
Companies are to use the form within the Securities (Registration Statement) Rules No. 2 of 2015. The rules for each country within the ECCU are as follows:
