Requirements for a Collective Investment Scheme Management Company Licence
The licence requirements and documents to be submitted for a Collective Investment Scheme Management Company Licence are the same as that to be provided for a Collective Investment Scheme Custodian Licence. However, a duly completed (typewritten) applicant form for a Collective Investment Scheme Management Company LicenceFORM7 - CIS-(2) must be submitted along with a copy of the applicant’s Management Agreement as opposed to a Custodian Agreement.
