Ms Heather Titus was first issued a Principal Licence on 29 April 2003 and was accredited to Repbulic Finance & Merchant Bank Ltd, Grenada.  As a result of a change in employment, Ms Titus was re-accredited to FirstCaribbean International Trust and Merchant (Barbados) Ltd and was re-issued a Licence Certificate on 1 April 2009 to reflect the new accreditation.
