Foreign Issuers

Securities issued by a foreign company formed or incorporated in these countries may be listed and traded on a securities exchange licenced by the Eastern Caribbean Securities Regulatory Commission.

  • Iceland
  • Japan
  • New Zealand
  • Norway
  • Singapore
  • Sweden
  • Switzerland
  • United States of America
  • A member of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM)
  • A member of the European Union (EU) as at 1st July, 2003

With the exception of the conditional exemptions, which are provided for in section 3 and 4 of the Securities (Foreign Securities and Intermediaries) Regulations, Foreign Issuers are required to abide by the Procedures for the Offer of Securities by Domestic Issuers.
